Digital Products Only
NANASEX sells digital ebooks only. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping fees and nothing will be mailed to you.
How Delivery Works
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your ebook electronically through one or more of the following:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- An email sent to the address you entered at checkout
- Your account on our website, if you have one
Delivery Time
Ebooks are usually delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. In some cases, such as payment verification, delivery may take up to 1 hour.
If you haven't received your ebook within that time, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at intimacy.books@gmail.com with your order number and the email you used to buy.
Your Responsibilities
Please make sure:
- The email address you enter at checkout is correct
- You have a device and software that can open the ebook file format
- You download and save your ebook in a safe place
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or email filters.
Shipping Costs
There are no shipping or handling charges. The price shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars (USD), is the total you pay, plus any applicable taxes.
Age Requirement
Ebooks on NANASEX are for adults aged 18 or older only. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
No Returns, No Refunds
Because all products are delivered digitally, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
